GARAGE DOOR SERVICES

Garage Door Springs, Cables, Brackets and other hardware attached to the Springs are under very high tension and if handled improperly, can cause serious injury or death. Only a qualified professional person using the correct tools and carefully following the manufacturers instruction should adjust them.

The Torsion Spring should only be adjusted by a professional. Do not attempt to repair or adjust them yourself.

On our every 6th month service the following will be done:

• Tension of Springs
• Fitting of Cables
• Replacing Light bulb if necessary
• Cleaning out the cover of the motor
• Checking the force on the motor
• Tension of chain on the motor
• Lubricating all moving parts on the door
• Checking inside locking mech to line up
• Oiling of springs
• Cleaning and oiling the complete door
• Balancing done to the door
• Each service done will be issued with a service certificate

Remember a garage door is the largest moving object in the home. By not servicing your garage door, this could land to serious injury or even death from being hit by a broken spring or a failing garage door.
